Important Notice:
Like all
companies we have experienced cost increases in our materials over the
years. Ryder has not passed these increases along to our customers since
1999. However, in this economy we find it necessary to initiate a minimum
charge. Starting June 15th 2009 Ryder Engraving will be charging $10, plus
shipping, for all new orders that are under $10. To avoid this minimum
charge you can combine your orders with other needed items or send all
your names in at one time instead of a few names at several different times.
Example if you have an order that's only $6.00 the invoice will have a $4.00
fee to reflect the $10 minimum plus shipping.
Terms
Payments can be made by check, credit card
(Visa, MasterCard) or money order.
Ohio residents will have Sales Tax, unless a tax exempt number is supplied.
Shipping will be charged the standard UPS rate plus handling.
Minimum orders $10.00 plus tax
& shipping.
Example if you have an order that's only $6.00 the invoice

Allow two weeks for delivery.
Rush orders: Jobs that require less than 5
working days could have additional shipping and handling fees, due to overnight
delivery and overtime.*
Please call immediately if there is any damage, missing items or errors with
your order.
Prices are subject to change with a 30 day notice.
Terms are net 30 days.
Interest of 1.5% per month will be assessed on all past due accounts. All past
due accounts over 60 days will automatically revert to payment in advance until
credit is re-established.
A service charge of $20.00 will be assessed for any check returned by your bank
for insufficient funds.
* Unless other terms have been pre approved by Ryder Engraving.
